After over thirteen years of sharing Bikram Yoga with you, we will be closing our doors on April 23rd.
I know this will be difficult for many of you to accept, but our classes have simply become too small for us to continue.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all of you for what we have created here together. We have shared prayers, tears, births, injuries, sorrows, and so much joy and laughter. We have become strong together. Thank you for all that you have brought to the studio. Thank you for your belief in your body’s ability to heal and change.
It is now time for the next chapter. Keep practicing. I hope you will explore our other local yoga studios, and support them: they all have different things to offer.
Our class schedule will remain unchanged through the 23rd of April with two exceptions: we will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 16th, and we will be closed on Friday, April 21st for the Appeals Hearing on the Hub. Instead of coming to class that day, I invite you to join me and spend your hour at the courthouse. We need to show the judge our support for the historic south side.
Our last class will be Sunday the 23rd of April, at 10 AM. If you have classes left on a current ten-class card, please come in and use them up. Monthly passes will be pro-rated for April. For those of you with annual passes, the remainder of your year will be honored by The Yoga Experience, at 17 N. San Francisco St. (Thank you, Erin Widman!) Remember to bring your yoga mats home!
In the meantime, we have five weeks left to practice together. Please come in: we would love to see you.
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It has been such an honor to teach you and share this yoga with you. I will truly miss each of you and what we have created here.
To new beginnings and many more savasanas!
This is our last week of operation. Our final class will be on Sunday, April 23 at 10 a.m. It will be a $15 class for all drop ins.
We will have a potluck right after class and hope you will join us.
It has been an honor.
